McDonald’s is being sued for $5o,000 after a two-year-old was found by her mother chewing on a condom in the playground of one of the chain’s restaurants in Chicago.
As Metro reports, two-year-old Jacquel was playing in the restaurant’s play area when her mother saw her munching the contraceptive. The angry mother immediately took the condom off Jacquel and arranged for her and her three-year old brother Jonathan medical treatment.
The mother of the two children has filed a lawsuit accusing Mc Donald’s of not removing the condom and of being too lax whilst inspecting the playground.
“These are just allegations and we strongly caution anyone from jumping to conclusions without having the facts,” said Mc Donald’s dirrector of operations Wanda Haltek.
